Advice for Growth:

Delegate when possible! Many business owners try to do it all and get burnt out or begin falling behind. Building a team of trusted individuals is essential for growth. These individuals can be employees or professionals but will ease the owners work load and allow them to focus on growing the business.

My wife and I have a goal to visit every Major League Baseball stadium.

Matt lives in the Springboro area and is married with four children, two boys and two girls ages 8, 4, 2 and Newborn. He enjoys spending time and doing activities with his wife and children.
