Advice for Growth:

The senior manager on my first professional engagement told me, “Hope is not a strategy.” This mindset has never left me. To me it means, both personally and professionally, we must take deliberate and at times courageous action to achieve the knowledge, experience, and life we choose for ourselves.

Fun Fact:

I have steered a hot air balloon through the mountains of New Mexico.

After +13 years away from her home state of Ohio, she looks forward to reconnecting with her family, friends, and roots. In her free time, she enjoys traveling (internationally at least once a year), working out and trying new restaurants.
