Advice for Growth:

The best advice I have is something that I was told at various times as a child, teenager, and young adult. Don’t give up. When you are challenged in your profession, look for a solution in more ways than one and find the best path forward. If your research and hard work leads you down a different path than you initially wanted to take, so be it. But you can almost always find a positive direction forward.
